There is no cost for using the platform – neither for Companies, nor for Experts. Companies only pay for the Expert hired. The fee will include the Expert fee + Alstra service fee + taxes, if applicable.
All professionals are welcome to register, although having 3 or more years of experience in a specific area will increase your chances of being selected for a project.
You will only be able to see the most suitable and vetted Experts matched with your project.
Our proprietary algorithms take into account hundreds of variables to identify the most suitable Experts for each project. The highest ranked professionals are "matched" to that specific project, but they are only made available to our Clients after a rigorous vetting process.
To improve the chances of achieving an optimal "match", experts should ensure their profiles are as complete as possible and the company should specify all criteria, both mandatory and desirable.
